Ray Simpson aka @Rayzorfit aka "the Champ" is here to help us out with the kettlebell swing.

Things to note:
KB Swing is not a SQUAT TO FORWARD RAISE!
It is a hip driven movement not a Quad or shoulder raise!
Glutes are there to lock out the movement and the "core" is tight stabilizing the entire time, throughout the entire movement.
Neutral Spine means head, neck, upper, middle, lower back is all flat throughout the entire movement and is only hinging at the hips.
Knee is flexing minimally to absorb the force leading into the next swing. (if not the hamstring will take the most of the force and A: thats not proper technique and B: tight hamstrings will lead to a tear or lower back pain.
Arms are relaxed like ropes and hand are just clamps holding onto Kettlebell.
